Pound Crossover, Cone Tap Across your Body
Your Challenge:
Perform this drill for 30 seconds and see how many cone taps you can get
Then perform this drill for 1-minute and try to beat the doubled amount plus 5 you achieved in 30 seconds
Example: If you got 25 cone taps in 30 seconds, then try to get 55 in 1-minute
