A great workout should include 3 types of shots...
•Form Shooting: to warm up, focus on good habits and build confidence for the day by seeing shots go in.
•Spot Shots: to get in a rhythm and get a lot of reps up.
•Game Shots: to emulate game situations and practice shots you regularly take in games (at GAME speed).
