🏀Set Point VS Release Point🏀
A common question I get is, "Where should my set point be?" My answer to this is using arguably the world's greatest shooter as an example of where the elbow should be prior to the release and after. In "A" you will see that the elbow is slightly below or about eye level. In "B" the elbow has been elevated above eye/eyebrow level insuring maximum extension and arch on the shot.
*As always- there will ALWAYS be exceptions to this rule, but for a general starting point why not learn from the best if your form has not yet been solidified. Keep Shooting.
